    - Leverage 10+ years of experience as R&D scientist in the field of solar cells, photovoltaic module performance & reliability, to drive innovation and improvements
    - Supervision of graduate students
    - Founder of the PV reliability lab (ISO/IEC 17025 accredited) at HBKU
    - Completed various solar PV projects successfully within budget, quality and time
    - Deep understanding of solar cell device physics
    - Member of the IEC TC82 WG2 PV module
    - Published more than 60 scientific papers in international journals   
    - Hands-on expertise in:
        (1) Fabrication of Silicon solar cells (PERC, HJT) and device characterization
        (2) Thin film deposition (PECVD, PVD) and characterization (optoelectronic, structural, electrical)
        (3) PV module testing according to the IEC standards
        (4) Proposal writing and project management
