    Biography

A Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers and a chartered chemical engineer with 10 years working experience in the water Industry and 10 years’ experience in fundamental and applied research. I have extensive experience in the wastewater treatment sector and process engineering consultancy, focusing on technical design and process optimization. I have contributed to full process deliverables and contributed to wastewater treatment and energy-from-waste projects. Currently, I am a research scientist, working on wastewater treatment & reuse technologies, as well as advanced oxidation processes. My research focuses on technologies for degrading micro-organic pollutants from treated sewage effluent and developing oil and gas produced water treatment technologies. With strong analytical skills and a focus on process improvements, I have delivered tangible solutions to industry stakeholders. I have excellent verbal, written and communication skills. My extensive industrial background, coupled with my current R&D experience give me the opportunity to add value to the wastewater industry.
