Biography
I am an experienced researcher with expertise in adult and embryonic stem cells, cancer biology, and cancer stem cells, particularly in colon and breast cancers. My background encompasses a wide range of interdisciplinary techniques, including advanced cell culture, drug discovery, molecular biology, bioinformatics, fluorescence microscopy, and cell reprogramming. Additionally, I am proficient in immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry (FACS) with cell sorting, and organotypic culture systems such as ex vivo chick femur models for studying angiogenesis and bone regeneration, as well as ex ovo CAM models to investigate tumorigenesis and angiogenesis. I have significant experience conducting in vivo experiments, including ectopic bone and tumor formation studies in NOD/SCID mice. My expertise extends to clinical diagnostics, being certified in biochemistry, microbiology, hematology, and histology in NABL-accredited laboratories. Moreover, I am compliant with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (cGLP) and possess in-depth knowledge of AABB and FDA standards, with strong documentation skills in regulated environments.
