Project Details
Abstract
This project aims to identify the molecular signatures associated with response to neoadjuvant therapy in breast cancer (BC). Secondly, the proposal aims to identify the mRNAs and ncRNAs that mediate resistance to chemotherapy in BC cell models using functional CRISPR-Cas9 library screens. Findings from this project could lead to the identification of novel therapeutic targets for BC and could ultimately help direct treatment choices.
