Abstract
In this project, we explore the genetic architecture of atrial fibrillation in Qatar. We use the Qatar Biobank whole genome sequence data and Qcbio-AF data that recuited ~500 AF patients. The aim of the study is to find novel genetic biomarkers for Qataris.
