Abstract
We present a novel framework to incentivize web content creators to maintain free access to their content and address the associated copyright concerns in the era of Generative AI (GenAI). In particular, we outline the details of a system that leverages blockchain technology and Large Language Models (LLMs) to create a symbiotic relationship between content creators, LLM service providers, and web users, while ensuring fair compensation and maintaining the openness of the web.
