Abstract

This work presents a model for channel length estimation of a multiple-input-multiple-output camera communication link, based upon perspective projection modeling. Perspective projection model provides accurate mapping compared with conventional pin-hole approximation, due to the inclusion of additional intrinsic parameters. Simulations were carried out using the proposed model and a strong correlation was demonstrated through experimental results, thereby validating the proposed channel length estimation model.
