Abstract

This paper obtains conservation laws for soliton propagating in birefringent optical fibers and magneto-optic waveguides. The special cases of Thirring solitons, cascaded systems are also included. The nonlinearity types considered in this paper are Kerr law and parabolic law. Some well established methods are used for the analysis and retrieval of conservation laws.
