Abstract

There is a minor wording error in the explanation of Fig. 15. Fig. 15 is the comparison between electric and methanol vehicle. The related paragraph is corrected as follows: “In Fig. 15, the blue dot bars on the left represent the comparison of elecric and methanol vehicle for different environmental categories. According to the results, the methanol vehicle is more environmentally benign in terms of acidification, eutrophication and human toxicity categories than electric vehicle. However, electric vehicle yields cleaner options for abiotic depletion, ozone layer and global warming potential values.” The caption of Fig. 15 is corrected as follows: “Fig. 15. Monte-Carlo simulation results of characterized LCA comparison between electric and methanol vehicle (A: Electric vehicle, B: Methanol vehicle)”.
