Abstract

It is shown that determination of suspended solids in natural water requires complex analysis, including measurement of the solids concentration and particle size. Experimental results are presented on the dispersion of suspended solids in rivers of the Ukrainian SSR. These data are in agreement with the results obtained for kaolinite suspensions.
