Abstract

This paper reports dispersive optical soliton solutions that are modeled by Schrödinger-Hirota equation with spatio-Temporal dispersion in addition to group velocity dispersion. There are two types of nonlinear media studied in this paper. These are Kerr law and power law. Bright, dark and singular soliton solutions are secured along with their respective existence criteria. The method of undetermined coefficients is applied to retrieve these soliton solutions.
