N2 - In our digitally dominated world, social media platforms have evolved into vital components of daily life, fostering global interconnectedness and real-time communication. Despite their benefits, the increasing prevalence of social media has prompted extensive studies into its behavioral and psychological impacts. The negative correlation between prolonged social media use and mental well-being on users immersed in the digital realm faces elevated levels of stress, anxiety, and depression. Factors such as curated content, social comparisons, and the addictive nature of scrolling contribute to an environment that heightens feelings of isolation and inadequacy. With the average social media time rising to roughly 2 hours a day, there is a pressing need to elevate awareness of individual social media habits. Our proposal introduces an innovative approach, leveraging advanced Generative AI to generate fashion images correlated with users' social media habits. Using the keywords extracted from social media content, the generated images will reflect optimistic or negative features based on the time spent on social media, serving as a unique intervention in promoting mindful social media engagement. This user-centric strategy incorporates behavioral insights to cultivate a harmonious balance between digital and real-world experiences.
