Abstract
Charge and energy spectra of ions formed by interaction of multiple-charged laser plasma with the surface of secondary Al target were investigated. Increasing the intensity of single charged Al+1 ions and simultaneous decreasing the intensity of multiple charged Al+2, Al+3 ions have been found at interaction of laser plasma with the secondary target surface in comparison with the case of free expansion.
