Abstract

A thorough look at a unique platform that provides a comprehensive set of services and resources to emerging technologies and innovations in the Arabic speaking world. These services design the sole purpose of improving the lives of people with functional limitations. Based in Qatar, the Mada Innovation Ecosystem sets out to provide access to financing, community resources, policy and best practices, delivery channels, collaborations, data and research, and technical expertise. The goal of the platform is to increase the availability of Arabic language solutions, or tools developed in the Arabic world, hence improving the digital accessibility to people with physical, hearing, visual and learning disabilities.
