Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine measured data of power quality at the customer service point of customer connection in Qatar. This is the first report of power quality examination from the perspective of the end-user in Qatar. Furthermore, the load consumption pattern of a typical consumer in harsh climate condition in Qatar has been analyzed. The data used in this study is collected from Hioki PW3198 power quality analyzer. This study presents the power quality and load consumption analysis in Qatar and the results will shed light into future research studies on power quality enhancement in residential loads and PV integration.
