Abstract

This paper employed generalized Jacobi's elliptic function expansion to obtain soliton solutions in magneto-optic waveguides having generalized anti-cubic nonlinearity. The solutions are in written terms of Jacobi's elliptic functions which subsequently lead to soliton solutions after performing the limiting operations, when the modulus of ellipticity approaches zero or unity. These include bright, dark and singular soliton solutions. Finally, a few solutions in terms of Weierstrass elliptic functions are also enumerated.
