Abstract

Computational Science and Engineering is considered as the third pillar of science in addition to theory and experiment. This field has witnessed tremendous progress giving opportunity to conduct virtual experiments that are otherwise impossible. In this special issue we present selected papers that were presented at the first International Computational Science and Engineering Conference (ICSEC15) in Doha, Qatar.
